Brazuca Coffee at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2025

Brazuca Coffee at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2025

On a crisp spring day in April, the NDSM-Loods in Amsterdam slowly fills with coffee lovers, baristas, innovators, and flavor seekers. Among the industrial walls and the rhythm of slow beats, something special is happening: Brazuca Coffee is present. Not as a spectator, but as a proud roaster with a mission.

Since 2008, Brazuca Coffee has been bringing the rich, diverse flavors of Brazil’s finest specialty coffees to Europe. What began in the heart of Amsterdam has grown into a brand deeply committed to direct relationships with farmers, sustainable sourcing, and telling an authentic story one cup at a time.

And today? Today, Tiago founder and head roaster and the Brazuca team stands ready. Ready to share his coffee with anyone willing to dive into the deep, complex character of Brazilian terroir.

Where coffee meets heart - Booth Z4

At booth Z4, you won’t find flashy marketing or overhyped slogans. You’ll get something far more real, a warm cup of coffee, freshly brewed and lovingly presented by the Brazuca team. For those who want a perfect cup, a barista is also on-site to prepare espresso and filter brews just as they’re meant to be enjoyed.

Every bean tells a story. Of the red soil in Minas Gerais. Of the hands that harvest with care. Of the intentional choices made during roasting. The Brazuca team.

A morning among coffee minds

The day begins with the exclusive Industry Day, where coffee and hospitality professionals gather to explore, connect, and inspire. Brazuca Coffee joins more than 125 key suppliers, dives into the latest innovations, and absorbs insights from 5THWAVE LIVE. More importantly, they also share their vision—on sustainability, on flavor development, on the future of coffee.

Because Brazuca believes that specialty coffee is more than a trend. It’s a culture. One that’s built with transparency, fair chains, and unfiltered passion.

The festival comes alive

In the afternoon, the festival shifts gears to sensory experiences. Visitors explore the Roasters Village, are captivated by Latte Art Live Masterclasses, and wander along the Coffee Trail discovering new favorites. But for those who want to truly connect, booth Z4 is a must-visit.

Here you’ll taste notes of chocolate and tropical fruit in the Sul de Minas Filter Roast, and witness how the Brazuca team approaches roasting as both a science and an art. Technical and precise, yet always guided by feel. Like listening to a jazz improvisation: controlled, yet full of surprise.

Evenings with vinyl, wine & roasters

New this year is SIP—a bold new destination where coffee meets cocktail culture, natural wines, and vinyl-only DJ sets. It’s here that the Brazuca team, too, takes a breath. With a glass of wine in hand, chatting with fellow roasters, he tastes the future. Literally and figuratively.
