How do the two blends differ?

Mistura Fina is smooth and refined: medium roasted, with chocolate, roasted chestnut and red apple. Paulista is rich and bold: medium dark, with almond, dark chocolate and red berries.

Who is the 2+2 kg bundle for?

For households and offices that love variety and drink plenty of espresso. Switch between a softer and a bolder cup, or use one for black coffee and the other for milk drinks.

Where do the two blends come from?

Mistura Fina comes from Matas de Minas (Red Catuaí and Mundo Novo), Paulista from São Paulo and Minas Gerais (Acaiá and Catuaí). Both are 100% Brazilian specialty coffee, bought directly from the farmers and roasted weekly in Amsterdam.

Do I need to change my grind when I switch blends?

If you grind at home, probably a little. The medium roasted Mistura Fina usually needs a slightly finer grind than the medium dark Paulista, so taste and adjust when you open a new bag. You can also order the beans ground for your brew method: just choose your grind when you order.
